Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees

All membership fee payments made on Viswamangalyam.com are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription plan has been activated, the payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including:

• Early termination or deletion of your profile by choice.
• Finding a life partner prior to the expiration of your active subscription plan.
• Non-receipt of profile views, matches, or responses from other prospective members.
• Accidental or duplicate purchase of a membership package.

2. Technical Errors & Failed Transactions

In the event that funds are debited from your account or credit card due to a gateway error, but your subscription is not activated, or if you experience a duplicate charge for a single transaction:

• Please notify our support team immediately with payment reference details and bank receipts.
• Upon verification by our payment gateway providers, any duplicate or failed payment amount will be automatically refunded back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Profile Suspension or Termination for Breach

Viswamangalyam.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any profile found violating our Terms and Conditions, providing false information, engaging in harassment, or using the site for unlawful purposes. Members whose accounts are suspended or terminated due to policy breaches will forfeit their active subscription fees without any right to a refund.

4. Account Cancellation

Members can choose to deactivate or delete their account at any time through their profile settings. However, account cancellation does not entitle the user to a pro-rated refund of unused membership duration or remaining contact view credits.
